What is Veganin?

Veganin tablets are pain relief tablets that are safe for vegans to take. They’re perfect for those looking to ease pain that can’t be relieved by other painkillers alone, and are looking for a solution that is vegan-friendly.

What kinds of pain can these tablets help with?

Veganin can be used to ease lots of different aches and pains, while still remaining vegan-friendly. Some of the most common reasons why people take these tablets include:

  • Migraine
  • Headache
  • Rheumatic pain
  • Period pain
  • Toothache
  • Neuralgia

How will this product work to ease my pain?

Veganin tablets contain three active ingredients which work to ease your pain; paracetamol, codeine, and caffeine. Paracetamol is a popular painkiller that many people use every day to ease aches and pains as well as high temperatures. Codeine is part of a group of medicines known as opioid analgesics, which means that it works to ease pain. Codeine can be used alone or alongside other painkillers, to ease pain that cannot be managed by pain relief medications such as ibuprofen, aspirin, or paracetamol alone. Caffeine is a stimulant that helps paracetamol to work more effectively.

How to take Veganin

For adults over age of 18, swallow 2 Veganin tablets with water evert 4 – 6 hours. Make sure to leave at least 4 hours between each dose and do not take more than 8 tablets in any 24-hour period. For more information about how many tablets to give to children between the ages of 12 – 18, please read the patient information leaflet carefully.

Why do I have to answer questions to buy this product?

You do not need a prescription for Veganin, however you will be asked to complete a short medical questionnaire by your Chemist-4-U pharmacist before we can take your order. This includes some simple questions that all pharmacies legally are required to ask before supplying this kind of product. This helps our pharmacy team to be sure that this product is the best choice for you.

When should Veganin not be used?

Veganin is not suitable for use by children under the age of 12. Do not take these tablets if you are allergic to paracetamol, caffeine, codeine phosphate, or any of the other listed ingredients. These tablets may make you feel sleepy or dizzy, do not attempt to drive or operate tools or machinery unless you are certain that you are not affected in this way. Do not take this product if you:
