Buy Sildenafil

Sildenafil is used to treat erectile dysfunction in men. It is ideal for treating premature ejaculation or helping you to maintain an erection.

How Sildenafil works

Sildenafil is the active ingredient in this medication. It belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It works by helping to relax the blood vessels in the penis, allowing blood to flow into your penis when you get sexually aroused.

The tablets will only help you get an erection if you are sexually stimulated.

Directions

Always take Sildenafil exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you.

The recommended starting dose is 50mg. You should take the tablet with water 1 hour before you have sex.

The amount of time it takes to work can vary; however, it usually takes between 30 minutes and an hour.

If you feel that the effect of Sildenafil is too weak or strong, talk to your prescriber for advice.

Side effects

Like all medicines, Sildenafil may cause side effects in some people, but these won’t affect everybody. Common side effects include:

  • Nausea
  • Facial flushing
  • Hot flushes
  • Indigestion
  • A colour tinge in your vision
  • Blurred vision

Frequently Asked Questions

What causes erectile dysfunction?

Erectile dysfunction, sometimes known as impotence, is a common problem amongst men and may be caused by age, being overweight, smoking, drinking too much alcohol, or having a medical condition like diabetes, high blood pressure, or cardiovascular disease.

The inability to create or maintain an erection happens when there isn’t enough blood flowing to the penis, if the penis cannot trap blood, or when the nerve signals don’t send the signal of arousal to the penis.

Diabetes can cause nerve damage in the penis, in addition to certain cancer treatments affecting its functionality.
