How does your NHS prescription delivery service work?
If you’d like Chemist4U to deliver your prescriptions for free, all you need to do is set us as your nominated pharmacy and request your prescriptions as you usually would, or by using our mobile app or website. You must be resident in England.
To set Chemist4U as your nominated pharmacy, simply sign up via our website or app. If you’ve already got a Chemist4U account, simply download the app and log in with your usual details. If not, you can create a new account quickly and easily in our app. You can also head to NHS Prescriptions on our website to create an account and manage your prescriptions online.
You’ll also need to use NHS login to connect to your GP surgery. To set this up, all you’ll need is your email address and your mobile phone number, and you’ll only need to log in once.
Once you’ve connected to your GP with your NHS login, your repeat prescriptions will appear instantly in the app, allowing you to view and order at the press of a button.
Your prescription will be dispensed and checked by our pharmacists, then you’ll receive a notification and tracking details once we’ve dispatched your parcel. Watch our short video here.
How do I download the Chemist4U app?

If you’ve ever signed up to have your prescription(s) delivered with Chemist4U, then we become your nominated pharmacy. You can change this at any time if necessary.
To order your prescription in our mobile app, simply log in and head to ‘My Prescriptions’. Here you’ll find all your repeat prescriptions - simply select the ones you need to order and tap the request button - we’ll do the rest!

Did you know: If you activate Chemist4U's GP Link by completing NHS login within our app, your prescriptions will be approved within a few hours - a lot faster than by visiting your local pharmacy. After we’ve received it from your GP, we’ll dispatch your prescription on the same day and it’ll be delivered to you, free of charge, within 2 working days.
