What are DR.VEGAN Ashwagandha Capsules?

These DR. VEGAN easy-to-swallow capsules are designed to ease stress and anxiety, encourage restful sleep and support your mental wellbeing. These effective capsules are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, dairy-free, non-GMO, halal and kosher friendly. They contain the 100% organic active ingredient ashwagandha KSM-66, the optimal form of the natural herb from Rajasthan, India, where it is carefully extracted and has been taken for centuries as a natural source of energy and vitality when your body needs it most.

What is the recommended dosage?

Always take DR. VEGAN Ashwagandha capsules exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you. Take 1 capsule per day, with food. It’s important to remember that food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

How does ashwagandha relieve anxiety?

Ashwagandha is classified as an adaptogen, and it appears to reduce stress and anxiety by lowering the levels of cortisol in your body, a hormone produced by your adrenal glands when you’re stressed and your body goes into its natural fight or flight mode. By reducing stress, it may improve sleep quality and mental clarity.

Stress and anxiety may present different symptoms for everyone, and it can affect how you feel physically, mentally and your behaviour. You may experience the following symptoms:

  • Headaches

  • Dizziness

  • Muscle tension or pain

  • Stomach problems

  • Chest pain or a faster heartbeat
