How Pernaton Classic works
Pernaton Classic Capsules work by helping to slow down the degradation of cartilage. Additionally, it reduces inflammation and assists with the normal functioning of your joints.
What causes muscle and joint pain?
As you get older, joint movement becomes less flexible and more stiff. Ligaments can shorten and lose some of their flexibility causing that stiff feeling. Many people won’t think about their joints until they get older or start to suffer with pain or stiffness. Excess strain can be caused by:
- Being overweight
- Ageing
- Excessive sport
- A lack of exercise
- Malposition
