What is Haliborange Effervescent Vitamin C?
Haliborange Effervescent Vitamin C tablets are a daily vitamin which can help you to be sure that your body is getting all of the Vitamin C it needs every day. These tablets dissolve in water, making them easy to take, and have a delicious orange flavour that the whole family will love.
Why would I need to take a Vitamin C supplement?
Vitamin C is an essential nutrient your body needs, as it helps to protect your cells from damage and helps wounds to heal. It also helps your body to maintain healthy skin, bones, cartilage, and blood vessels. However, your body can’t store Vitamin C, which is why many people can benefit from a daily supplement.
How much vitamin C is in these tablets?
Haliborange Effervescent Vitamin C tablets contain 1000mg of Vitamin C. The NHS recommends that adults need 40mg of Vitamin C every day, meaning that these tablets contain 25 times daily the amount your body needs, without being too much for your body to handle.
