What is Valupak Vitamin E 100iu?

Valupak Vitamin E 100iu capsules are a daily vitamin supplement which helps you to be sure that you’ve had all of the Vitamin E that your body needs each day. They’re gluten free and contain no sugar or yeast. These capsules are also free from artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives.

Why would I need to take a Vitamin E supplement?

Vitamin E works as an antioxidant inside your body, helping to protect your cells from oxidative stress and supporting your immune system. Vitamin E also helps your body to maintain normal vision and healthy skin. The NHS recommends that men need 4mg of Vitamin E every day whereas women need 3mg. You should be able to get this through a healthy and balanced diet, but a supplement can help you to be sure that you’ve got enough Vitamin E daily.

How much Vitamin E is in these capsules?

Valupak Vitamin E 100iu capsules contain 67mg α-TE of Vitamin E in each capsule. This means that each daily capsule will provide you with 558% of your Nutrient Reference Value (NRV) of Vitamin E.

How to take Valupak Vitamin E 100iu

Take one Valupak Vitamin E 100iu capsule every day. For best results, take with food or a cool drink. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose.
