Take two or three Hairfollic Man tablets every day. Take Hairfollic Man with your main meal and swallow with water or a cold drink. Hairfollic Man should not be chewed. You do not need to take any other multivitamins when you are taking Hairfollic Man.
When should Hairfollic Man not be taken?
Hairfollic Man tablets should not be taken by anyone under 12 years old. Hairfollic Man tablets contain iron, which can be harmful to young children when taken in high levels. Do not take Hairfollic Man if you are allergic to soya or any of the other listed ingredients. Hairfollic Man supplements are not a replacement for a balanced diet.
