How to take this product
You should not take Sambucol Original on an empty stomach, for best results take this product after a meal. The amount of liquid you should take will depend on your age and the time of year. The recommended daily dose for Spring through Autumn is:
- Adults and children over 12: 10ml (2 x 5ml teaspoons) a day
- Children aged 3 - 12: 5ml (1 x 5ml teaspoon) a day
The recommended daily dose for Winter is:
- Adults and children over 12: 10ml (2 x 5ml teaspoons) four times a day
- Children aged 3 - 12: 10ml (2 x 5ml teaspoons) twice a day
When should this supplement not be used?
Do not take Sambucol Original Liquid if you are allergic to black elderberries or any of the other listed ingredients. This product is not suitable for use in children under the age of 3. This product is a food supplement and should not be taken in place of a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. How to store this product
Store in a cool, dry place which is below 25 degrees C. Do not take this product if the expiry date printed on the original packaging has passed. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
