What are Natrasleep tablets?

Natrasleep tablets are a natural remedy for short term insomnia or sleep disorders. They contain two natural herbal ingredients which are traditionally used to help you fall asleep. If you’re struggling to get enough sleep, Natrasleep can help you to get the restful night’s sleep you need.


What causes insomnia?

If you’re struggling to fall asleep, it could be for a number of reasons. You may be worried about an upcoming test or exam, or maybe stress from work is keeping you awake, you may just be suffering from jetlag after a holiday. Any of these things could be stopping you from getting the good night’s sleep you deserve, leaving you looking for help to drop off to sleep.


How does Natrasleep work?

Natrasleep contains two herbal remedies as active ingredients, these are traditionally used to help treat short-term insomnia. These two natural ingredients are hops and valerian root, which work together to help you to drift off into a natural sleep when you need it most.


Can I take these tablets if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Do not take Natrasleep if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. There is no evidence to suggest that these tablets will be safe for you or your baby at this time.


Can I drive after using this product?

Natrasleep tablets are supposed make you feel sleepy or drowsy, do not attempt to drive or use any tools or machinery after taking these tablets unless you are absolutely sure that you are not affected in this way.


Can I drink alcohol while I’m taking these tablets?

The effects of Natrasleep may be increased with alcohol, so you should not drink alcohol while taking these tablets.


Can I take these tablets if I’m taking other medication?

You should speak to your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before using this product if you are taking other medication, including those you obtained without prescription. Some medications can interact, causing unwanted side effects or making your medication less effective. You should not take this product if you are already taking other medication for anxiety or to help you to sleep.


How to take Natrasleep

Take 1 – 3 Natrasleep tablets half an hour before you go to bed. This product may not work immediately, so for best results take every night for 2 – 4 weeks. If your symptoms do not improve or get worse after 4 weeks, speak to your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist.


When should Natrasleep not be used?

Natrasleep tablets are not suitable for anyone under the age of 18. Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. This product contains glucose, speak to your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before taking these tablets if you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars.


Does this product have side effects?

Like all medicines, Natrasleep can have side effects, although you may not experience them yourself. These side effects include:

  • Nausea
  • Abdominal cramps

How to store this product

Store in a cool, dry place which is below 25 degrees C. Store in original packaging, and do not use if expiration date printed on the carton has passed. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
