  • Avoid naps during the day
  • Don’t sleep in after a bad night’s sleep – try to keep to a sleep schedule

How to use Nytol Herbal

Alcohol may increase the sedative effect of Nytol Herbal One a Night Tablets, so it is important to avoid excessive alcohol consumption.

Can you take this product with other medication

Do Nytol Tablets have any side effects?

Like all medications, Nytol can cause side effects, although not everyone will experience them. Speak to your doctor if you experience any of the following mild side effects:
