What is Wellman 70+?
Wellman 70+ is a multivitamin by Vitabiotics specially formulated to help safeguard the nutritional needs of men aged 70 and above. The advanced formula contains a range of vitamins and nutrients to support general wellbeing as well as key areas of health including heart, eye and immune health.
What is the recommended dosage?
The recommended dosage of Wellman 70+ is one tablet per day taken with a main meal. The tablets should always be taken on a full stomach with water or a cold drink - avoid swallowing with a hot drink as this may cause the tablet to disintegrate too early.
Taking a multivitamin tablet can be beneficial for your health if you don’t get enough essential vitamins and minerals through your diet alone. These tablets, however, are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
What vitamins are included in these tablets?
Wellman 70+ includes a range of key vitamins and minerals including vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, biotin, iron, zinc, copper, selenium and more. For the full list of ingredients, refer to the patient information leaflet.
When should these tablets not be used?
Wellman 70+ will be suitable for most men over 70, but you should check with your doctor or Chemist4U pharmacist if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or take any other medications or herbal remedies, including those obtained without a prescription.
Are there any side effects?
Wellman 70+ has no known side effects when taken as directed. It is possible that you could experience nausea if you take these tablets on an empty stomach, hence why it is recommended that you take your daily dose with a main meal.
Storage information
Store in a cool, dry place below 25˚C. Keep these tablets in their original packaging, out of sight and reach of children.
