The omega-3 capsules contain high purity fish oil, the purest pharmaceutical grade and is a rich source of DHA and EPA. One capsule provides the exact level recommended by experts in lipid nutrition for pregnant and lactating women.
The capsules do not contain fish oil sourced from tuna, shark, marlin or swordfish.
Directions
Take 1 tablet and 1 capsule per day with your main meal. Swallow with water, do not chew. Only take this product on a full stomach.
