What drug can I take during pregnancy to make my baby healthy? My baby is 17 weeks now
Pregnacare Original tablets contain 10µg of Vitamin D, which is recommended by the NHS for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Vitamin D helps to control the levels of phosphate and calcium in the body, helping to support healthy teeth and bones. They also contain 400µg of folic acid, which is also recommended by the NHS in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy and can be used throughout pregnancy. Folic acid encourages healthy development of the spine in foetuses and reduces the risks of your baby developing neural tube defects, such as spina bifida.
What are the different colours that Pregnacare blisters come in? I am a bit confused because I have seen that the Pregnacare care does not come in the same colous.
Pregnacare is available in multiple varieties. Pregnacare Max and Pregnacare Plus both contain two different supplements packaged in two foil colours (both have Omega-3 capsules in a pink foiled blister pack) and the vitamin supplements in a different foil colour. Pregnancare original contains only one type of supplement tablet and so has only one foil colour.
