The SIS Hydro Tablets Cola + Caffeine are designed for effective hydration and mental stimulation whilst participating in sports. The tablets replace key electrolytes that are lost through sweat. The Hydro Tablets come in a tasty Cola flavour and convenient format, enabling you to perform at your best. 

How SIS Hydro Tablets - Cola + Caffeine work

The SIS Hydro Tablets use science to keep you hydrated, providing more hydration than water alone. This is done by meeting your sodium requirements at a specific concentration of 30mmol/L. 

Adding 75mg of caffeine has been proven by sports scientists to show improved performance, supplying a physical and mental boost. 

The effervescent tablet easily dissolves in plain water.

Vitamins and minerals

• Vitamin B1 Thiamine (0.2mg) boosts energy production and helps to stabilise your mood.
• Vitamin B2 Riboflavin (0.3mg) helps the body to metabolise fats and proteins. It also assists in the correct function of the nervous system.
• Vitamin B6 (0.4mg) assists over 100 enzymes in performing various functions including the breakdown of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. 

Directions

Add 1 Hydro tablet to 500ml of water and allow it to dissolve.

It is suggested to consume 500ml of Hydro 3-4 hours before participating in sports. You should then take a further 250-500ml in the hours closer to starting your event.

During shorter exercises where it isn’t necessary to intake carbohydrates, consume 500ml of SIS Hydro every hour. 

Warnings

Once you have prepared the drink, make sure to consume it within 24 hours.

Do not take more than 4 tablets each day.
