The SIS Go Isotonic Energy Gel is the world’s first isotonic energy gel. It provides an easily digestible, quick supply of carbohydrates for energy during exercise. The gel is convenient and great tasting with a delicious orange flavour.
How SIS Go Isotonic works
The SIS Go Isotonic Energy Gel formula has been created to enable the stomach to absorb the gel quickly, turning it into energy rapidly. There is no need for extra fluid to dilute the gel. The gel then quickly replenishes depleted glycogen stores.
One of the major causes of fatigue during exercise is depleting your carbohydrate stores. Adding extra carbohydrates during exercise improves performance and delays fatigue.
Directions
Tear off the top of the packaging and squeeze the gel into your mouth as required. Depending on the sport you are participating in, you should consume between 1 and 3 gels every hour.
In other circumstances like cold weather, you might need to consume more.
