What are Scholl Active Sports Insoles?

Scholl Active Sports Insoles are comforting insoles that are specially designed to fit into active footwear. They are ideal for those who love their active lifestyle, but still want to feel comfortable as they exercise. These insoles are designed to fit women’s shoes but are also available in men’s sizes.

Why do my feet hurt when I work out?

As you go about your day or complete a workout, your feet experience micro-shocks and pressure whenever you take a step. Over time, shocks and pressure can add up, making your feet feel uncomfortable or painful. If your shoes don’t provide enough support, or your gait isn’t ideal, these shocks can even cause pain in your knees or lower back, which can be problematic when you’re working out or playing sports.

How will these insoles support my feet throughout my active lifestyle?

Scholl Active Sports Insoles have a dual cushioning layer that helps to absorb the shock, impact and pressure that your feet suffer through when you run and walk. They have strong arch support, helping to support the natural shape of your feet throughout your exercise regime, keeping you feeling comfortable no matter what.

Will these insoles fit my sports shoes?

Scholl Active Insoles will fit into UK women’s shoe sizes 5 – 8. The insoles have size guidelines printed on them so you can trim them to size with a pair of scissors, but you can also remove the existing insoles from your shoes and use them as a size guide if you want to.

How to use this product

Before using your Scholl Active Sports Insoles, check the size guide included and trim insoles to fit if necessary. Insert the insoles into your shoes making sure gel side is face down. For best results, remove your existing insoles before replacing with your Scholl insoles. Replace these insoles every six months or as soon as they begin to show wear.

When should Scholl Active Sports Insoles not be used?

Do not use Scholl Active Sports Insoles if you are allergic to any of the listed components. If you experience any irritation while using this product, stop use and speak to your doctor or pharmacist if irritation persists.

How to store this product

Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use this product if the expiry date printed on the original packaging has passed. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
