Bach Rescue Night Liquid Melts are a herbal remedy that is traditionally used to help you fall asleep. Each melt contains four drops of Rescue Remedy Night, which contains a blend of natural flower essences which may be able to help your tired mind switch off from those annoying repetitive thoughts that keep you awake. Why can’t I fall asleep?

When you’re struggling to drop off to sleep, which is also known as short-term insomnia, you’ll often find that it’s caused by stress, anxiety, or depression. These conditions can fill your brain with unwanted thoughts, leaving you lying awake worrying, which only gets worse when you realise you’re not getting enough sleep! This is especially common when you’re waiting to take an exam, have your driving test booked, are working on a presentation for work, or have any other number of worries or stresses going on in your life. There are lots of other reasons why you may be counting sheep at night, but often a busy brain could be the thing that’s leaving you with bags under your eyes.

How will Rescue Night Liquid Melts help me to fall asleep?

Rescue Night Liquid Melts use a combination of the Rescue Remedy formula and Bach’s Original Flower Remedy to create a substance filled with natural flower essences. This may help to promote a sense of calm so you can drift off into a good night’s sleep.
