What is Rescue Remedy Night?

Rescue Remedy Night is a natural remedy for sleepless nights which helps to remove stress and unwanted thoughts that are causing your insomnia. It’s an all-natural remedy which is vegan-friendly and suitable for all the family. If you’re looking for a herbal solution to sleeplessness or stress, Bach Rescue Remedy Night drops could be the perfect product for you.

What causes insomnia?

Insomnia can be caused by a number of things, but many people find that the biggest reasons they can’t sleep are stress and worry. If you’re feeling stressed and have negative thoughts swirling around in your head, it can keep you up at night worrying about the cause and what you can do about it. And naturally, when you’re lying awake you can begin clock watching, making you feel more agitated as you count down to the moment when your alarm is due to go off.

How will Rescue Remedy Night drops help me to sleep?

Bach Rescue Remedy Night uses all-natural ingredients which work together to encourage sleep by reducing your stress levels. If you’re lying awake at night then these drops can work as a herbal remedy to chase unhelpful thoughts and negative feelings away, helping you to drift off to sleep.

What ingredients are in this herbal remedy?

Rescue Remedy Night uses natural ingredients which come from flower extracts that are traditionally used to help you get a good night’s sleep. These flower extracts include:

  • Rock rose
  • Impatiens
  • Clematis
  • Star of Bethlehem
  • Cherry plum
  • White chestnut

How to use Rescue Remedy Night drops

There are two simple ways to use Bach Rescue Remedy Night. For instant results, put four drops directly onto your tongue. If you don’t want to put the drops on your tongue, you can add four drops to a glass of water and sip, either way, you’ll still feel the effects of this product.

I have had very good results with this remedy, it is gentle, so may not always work for hardened insomniacs, but it's all natural so no side effects. I would always give a natural remedy a try - nothing to loose.

Been using this for several years, it appears to do the job it is advertized for. no complaints about delivery either.
