Pin-Up Home Perm End Curl is a waving lotion, perfect for perming smaller sections of the hair including the fringe and ends. The waving lotion is versatile and provides you with long-lasting, natural-looking curls full of volume and bounce.
The protein-enriched neutraliser formulation protects your hair during and after the perming process, leaving it soft and shiny.
Directions
Shampoo and place perming rods into your hair. Apply the waving lotion, and rinse thoroughly. Add the neutraliser and rinse.
