What is Oilatum Bath Formula?
Oilatum Bath Formula is a soothing, moisturising emollient bath oil that has been specially developed for dry skin. It helps to provide hydration to relieve irritation and discomfort caused by dry skin and is suitable for daily use. The deeply moisturising formula can be added to baths or applied directly to the skin as frequently as necessary to keep your skin feeling soft and comfortable. This product is suitable for adults and infants with dry skin. If you’re looking for an effective bath oil to soothe dry skin, try Oilatum Bath Formula.
Why is my skin dry after bathing?
Showering and bathing can cause your skin to dry out due to spending extensive time in hot water. This is because the hot water can strip your skin of its natural oils and cause dry skin conditions, such as eczema to become worse. If you usually use scented soaps, bubble baths or shower gels this can irritate your skin and further dry out your skin or make symptoms of dry skin conditions worse. If you are prone to dry skin, it is recommended to use warm water rather than hot water, avoid spending long periods of time in the bath or shower and don’t use scented soaps, bubble baths or shower gels.
How can Oilatum Bath Oil help to keep your skin hydrated?
Oilatum Bath Formula is a moisturising emollient which means it locks moisture into the top layer of your skin to prevent you skin from drying out. You can use it either as a bath oil, by placing it into the bath water or you can apply it directly to the skin like you would with a soap or shower gel. The soothing formula not only provides hydration, it also provides relief from irritation and discomfort caused by dry skin and it suitable for adults and children.
