Kira Restful Sleep Tablets are a traditional herbal medicine used for the relief of temporary sleep disturbances caused by the mild symptoms of anxiety. 

 

Directions

The usual dose is 1 to 2 tablets half an hour before bedtime. If necessary an additional dose can be taken earlier in the evening. 

The tablets should be swallowed whole with liquid. 

The effects of the product may not occur immediately, therefore, the tablets may be taken continuously for 2-4 weeks. 

 

Vitamins and minerals

Valerian root extract (300mg)

Valerian root extract has been known to ease anxiety and has an impact on serotonin receptors, which are involved in mood and sleep. 

This product is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. 

 

Side effects

Kira Restful Sleep Tablets may cause side effects in some people, but these won’t affect everybody. Common side effects include: 

 

• Nausea
• Stomach cramps

Serious side effects

Seek emergency medical attention if you notice any signs of a severe allergic reaction, symptoms of which include swelling of the face and throat, skin rash, breathing difficulties and/or loss of consciousness. 

 

Warnings

If you experience an allergic reaction after taking this product, discontinue use and speak to your GP or Chemist4U pharmacist for advice. 

 

Alcohol

The effects of this product may be increased by alcohol. Do not drink excessive amounts of alcohol. 

 

Driving and operating machinery 

This product may cause drowsiness. If you are affected do not drive or use machinery. 

 

Age restrictions

This product is not suitable for under 18’s.

 

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

This product is not suitable for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Storage information

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging.
