What is HibiScrub Antimicrobial Skin Cleanser?
HibiScrub Skin Cleanser is a hospital-strength antiseptic cleanser that’s very effective at removing harmful microbes such as bacteria, yeast, fungi and some viruses. The potent formula can provide up to 6 hours of protection against germs. HibiScrub Cleanser can be used all over the body to remove microbes and to protect your skin from a wide range of organisms that can be picked up on your hands and clothes from contaminated surfaces.
How to use this product
Using HibiScrub to cleanse your skin is simple - it’s similar to how you would use a normal body wash. First, wet your body and face. Use a small amount of undiluted HibiScrub to wash your face, paying particular attention to your nose and its surrounding area. Avoid contact with the eyes and middle ear. Use another small amount to wash the armpits, groin and anal area, taking special care to avoid placing the product inside your body. Then, rinse your body under the shower. Use a small amount to wash the rest of your body, starting with your hair and moving downwards. Rinse yourself thoroughly before drying.

How can HibiScrub help to remove harmful germs?
HibiScrub is a powerful formula that can reduce the number of potentially harmful germs on our skin. It contains the active ingredient chlorhexidine gluconate that forms a protective layer on the skin and kills bacteria for up to 6 hours after you’ve applied the product. Although the formula is hospital-strength, it can be used in the home to protect yourself from a range of harmful organisms including MRSA.
This product can be used on the whole body, including the hands, to provide complete protection and to prevent you from becoming infected and spreading harmful germs. HibiScrub is tough on germs but kind to skin as it contains a blend of emollients to soften and hydrate the skin.
When should this product not be used?
Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Seek emergency medical attention if you notice any signs of a severe allergic reaction, symptoms of which include swelling of the face and throat, skin rash, breathing difficulties and/or loss of consciousness.
Storage information
Store out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging.
