What is Quinoderm Antibacterial Facewash - 150ml?
Quinoderm Facewash is an antibacterial solution that helps with treating spot-prone skin and acne. Its dual-action formula helps to clean the face of excess oils, grease and dirt as well as leaving the skin feeling clean and healthy.
How does it work?
This facewash works by targeting the cause of spots and acne, an oil known as sebum. Sebum is normally produced to stop hair follicles in the skin from drying out. However, spots occur when too much sebum is produced and it mixes with dead skin cells to form a blockage. This will bulge outward when close to the skin, forming a spot. Quinoderm targets the excess sebum and works to reduce the amount in the skin, helping to clear it up and make it healthy again.
Who is Quinoderm suitable for?
It is suitable to be used by those suffering from spots and acne on the face. It should not be used by anyone who is allergic to the ingredients contained in the facewash. These include:
- Chlorhexidine digluconate
- Mytrimonium bromide
Can Quinoderm be used by someone pregnant or breastfeeding?
There is no evidence to suggest that using this facewash when pregnant or breastfeeding will cause any issues. However, if you are unsure then you should contact your doctor as soon as possible.
Can this facewash be used when taking medication?
If you are taking any medication, then you should speak to a doctor regarding using Quinoderm. This is because the ingredients in the medication could interfere with the facewash.
How should Quinoderm Antibacterial Facewash be used?
Quinoderm should be applied in the morning and at night. This is to allow the formula to be it's most effective. To apply the facewash, use wet hands to apply it to a wet face. Use a generous amount and rub deep into the skin, in particular, the nose, cheeks, chin, and forehead. Rinse the face thoroughly once the facewash has been applied.

What is Acne? Your Questions Answered
Spot break outs always seem to happen at the worst possible moment, just before a first date, the day you’re getting your photo taken, all of those wonderful occasions when you could really do with not having a huge spot between your eyes.
But do you just have a few spots, or are you suffering with acne?
I was looking for a cleanser to help when I breakout. Would you recommend the Acnecide Face Wash Treatment or Quinoderm Antibacterial Facewash?
Acnecide facial cleanser is probably more effective than Quinoderm.
If this is too strong, then reduce to Quinoderm would be my advice.
