Fish oil promotes many health benefits, from helping your eyes to maintain their normal vision, to boosting heart and brain health.

What is HMC halal?

HMC stands for the Halal Monitoring Committee, which is a non-profit organization that certifies halal products to ensure they comply with the Islamic dietary law, in addition to the UK laws for food production.

What is the recommended dosage?

What are the benefits of taking fish oil?

By taking this supplement, you’re reaping all of the goodness from the sea - fish oil contains omega-3 fatty acids which could help to reduce the risk of blood clots, cardiovascular disease, and ease joint pain. It can also contribute to the normal function of the brain, and help you to maintain normal vision.
