Bach Rescue Pastilles contain Bach’s Original Flower Remedy, which is made up of ingredients traditionally used to ease stress and anxiety. These include:

  • Star of Bethlehem
  • Clematis
  • Cherry Plum
  • Impatiens
  • Rock Rose

 

How will these pastilles help to ease anxiety and stress?

The flowers included as ingredients in Bach Rescue Pastilles have all been specially chosen for their traditional use in easing stress and anxiety. Star of Bethlehem is traditionally used for trauma and shock, whereas clematis is used as a remedy for the tendency to pass out. Cherry plum is an herbal remedy for those on the verge of breakdown and anger, impatiens is traditionally used for irritability and tension, and rock rose is used to reduce frozen terror and panic.

 

How to take Bach Rescue Pastilles

Take one Bach Rescue Pastille whenever you need one. Suck or chew on the pastille and do not swallow whole. Children who are taking this product should be properly supervised at all times.

 

When should Bach Rescue Pastilles not be used?

Do not take Bach Rescue Pastilles if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. For human consumption only, do not give this product to animals. Excessive consumption of this product can cause laxative effects. Speak to your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before taking this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any other medication, or have an underlying medical condition.
