What are Protein World Deep Sleep Capsules?

Protein World Deep Sleep Capsules are formulated with a mix of five specially selected ingredients that all work together to help you sleep better and wake up refreshed. These calming capsules will help you fall asleep quicker, stay asleep with less disturbances and wake up feeling energised and well-rested.

How to use this product

Always take Protein World Deep Sleep Capsules exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you. To use this product, it’s recommended to take 4 capsules 45 minutes before bed with water. Due to the high potency of this product you should follow a usage protocol whereby you take it for 5 days and then take 2 days off and then repeat that pattern. There are 88 capsules per jar, making it a full month’s supply when taken correctly.

What vitamins & minerals are included in Protein World Deep Sleep Capsules?

These capsules contain a blend of specially selected ingredients to help improve your sleep. Glycine helps you fall asleep quicker, reduces symptoms of insomnia, improves overall quality of sleep, and increases length of time in R.E.M. sleep. Additionally, glycine causes an increase in serotonin which is used to synthesise melatonin. It also causes an increase in blood flow to the extremities through vasodilation which lowers the core body temperature which is important for the onset of sleep.

Magnesium plays a role in over 300 different enzyme reactions in the body to help with nerve and muscle function, blood pressure,  and the immune system. It helps regulate Gaba (an inhibitory neurotransmitter that promotes calmness). Magnesium can help reduce anxiety by balancing the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems.

Theanine can positively impact key neurotransmitters involved in stress, sleep, mood, focus and memory. It enhances production of dopamine and serotonin and appears to play a role in the formation of Gaba. Theanine promotes balance in the neurotransmitter system. Taking theanine will help you fall asleep quicker and have less disturbances. It also promotes relaxation through increased alpha-wave activity in the brain.

Valerian root helps you relax and can decrease anxiety. Additionally, it reduces time to fall asleep and helps with sleep quality. Chamomile extract contains apigenin that promotes sleepiness and a calming effect.

Are Protein World Deep Sleep Capsules suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women?
