Why are my eyes tired?

Our eyes may feel tired for a variety of reasons. Not getting enough sleep can take its toll on our eyes making them feel strained, dry or uncomfortable. Spending time in environments that are dusty, heated or air-conditioned can reduce the moisture in our eyes which can make them feel irritated. Wearing makeup or contact lenses can also irritate the eyes. Eyes that are tired can cause discomfort and disrupt everyday life so it is important to look after them properly. Ensure you are getting plenty of sleep and take regular breaks when looking at screens to allow your eyes to rest. Remove eye makeup thoroughly and wear your glasses instead of contacts occasionally to prevent dryness.

How can Optrex for Tired Eyes help to soothe and refresh your eyes?

Optrex for Tired Eyes refreshes, soothes and cleanses tired and irritated eyes to provide instant and long-lasting relief. It contains natural plant extracts and a pH that is balanced like natural tears so the product is suitable for daily use and for sensitive eyes.
