What are the Lovehoney Embrace Silicone Kegel Balls?

Want a workout with real results? These 80g beginner-friendly silicone Kegel balls contain free-roaming weights that jiggle with your every movement, for super-discreet stimulation whether you’re at home or out and about. The result? An effective Kegel workout designed to tone your pelvic floor muscles and intensify arousal.

What are their benefits?

Kegel balls are renowned for their many potential benefits, including better sex, toned muscles and intensified orgasms. Often described as jiggle balls or Ben Wa balls, they are designed to help increase the strength of your pelvic floor muscles and provide pleasure along the way. The pelvic floor muscles are located between your legs and run from your pubic bone at the front, to the base of your spine at the back. They're the ones you clench when you need to pee. Kegel balls work by helping you to locate your pelvic floor muscles through clenching and squeezing around the balls. They come in lots of different weights and sizes, suited to different experience levels. Try lighter, larger balls if you’re a beginner and build up to smaller, heavier ones.

Why are the Lovehoney Embrace Silicone Kegel Balls right for me?

The Lovehoney Embrace Kegel Balls give your pelvic floor muscles a workout and provide discreet, internal stimulation. They’re small enough to be worn as you go about your day. Put them in and head out for groceries – the fruit aisle will never be the same again. A midweight 80g, the silicone Kegel balls offer an effective workout for those looking to strengthen their pelvic floor. Internal free-roaming weights offer discreet thrills during wear, wherever you are, and the silicone retrieval cord makes removal easy and straightforward.

How do I use the Embrace Silicone Kegel Balls?

First, apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to yourself and the Kegel balls. Gently insert the balls high inside your vagina, ensuring the silicone retrieval cord extends outside your body for easy removal. If you find inserting the balls difficult, try lying on your back with your knees bent, or standing up with one foot on a step. Once they are inserted, your pelvic floor muscles will naturally clench around the balls. The more you wear the balls, the stronger these muscles should become.

How long can I wear Kegel balls for?

The stronger your muscles become from regular wear, the longer you’ll be able to wear your Kegel balls, but it’s generally advised that you shouldn’t keep them in for more than four to six hours at a time. Any longer and you risk overexerting your pelvic floor muscles.

How do I clean my Kegel balls?

Clean after use with adult toy cleaner and leave to air dry until next time. By cleaning thoroughly and drying your Kegel balls completely, you will prevent dust and bacteria build-up and keep it looking and feeling like new.
