Can I take this product if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

You should not take Kalms Lavender capsules if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding. If you’re suffering with anxiety or stress at this time, speak to your doctor or health visitor for advice.

 

How to take these capsules

Take one Kalms Lavender capsule, once a day. Swallow whole with a glass of water or another cool drink. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose.

 

When should this product not be used?

Kalms Lavender capsules are not suitable for children under the age of 18. Do not use this product if you are allergic to lavender or any of the other listed ingredients. Do not take this product if you have:

  • Liver problems, or have ever had liver problems
  • An intolerance to some sugars, as this product contains sorbitol
  • Depression. This product is designed as a herbal remedy for mild anxiety, if you have symptoms of depression you should speak to your doctor for advice and treatment

 

Does Kalms Lavender have any side effects?

Like all medicines, Kalms Lavender capsules can have side effects, although not everyone will experience them. These side effects include:

  • Belching or burping
  • Allergic skin reaction, e.g. itching, skin rashes, hives

How to store this product

Store in a cool, dry place which is below 30 degrees C. Do not use if the expiry date printed on the original packaging has passed. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
