What are Durex Latex Free Condoms?

Durex Latex Free Condoms are male condoms designed for those who are sensitive to latex. If you or your partner find that regular latex condoms make you feel irritated, you can use these condoms and enjoy comfortable, sensual, and safe sex any time, anywhere. Durex condoms don’t just meet national and international safety regulations, they exceed them, so you can be sure you’ve got the best possible protection for your most intimate moments.

Why are these condoms right for me?

These condoms are perfect for anyone who has a latex allergy and still wants to enjoy safe sex. Durex Latex Free condoms are made from synthetic polyisoprene, so you can forget about that pesky allergy, relax, and enjoy your alone time with your partner.

Why should I use condoms?

You should use condoms to protect both you and your partner from unwanted pregnancy and STIs. Condoms are the only method of contraception that can protect you from STIs like chlamydia, gonorrhoea, and HIV, making them essential for safe spur of the moment sex.

Can I use lube with these condoms?

Durex Latex Free condoms come ready lubricated, so you can get down to business right away. However, they can also be used safely with most Durex lubricants and other lubes too, giving you extra smoothness when you need it most. Make sure to check the instructions on your lube to make sure it’s safe to use with your condoms before use.

Will Durex Latex Free condoms fit me?

Durex Latex Free condoms have a nominal width of 56mm and a length of 200mm when fully unrolled. This means they’ll fit those with a larger than average girth and find that regular condoms are a little too tight for them.

How effective are condoms at preventing pregnancy?

Condoms are 98% effective at preventing pregnancy when they’re used properly. This means that if 100 women use condoms as their only method of contraception, only 2 of these women will become pregnant. If you use other methods of contraception at the same time as condoms, such as the pill or implant, then this will add to your protection.

When should these condoms not be used?

Do not use these condoms if you are allergic to synthetic polyisoprene or any of the other listed components. Do not use this product if the expiry date printed on the original packaging has passed. Use each condom only once and then discard with your everyday household waste.
