How Dioralyte Relief Raspberry Sachets work
Dioralyte Relief Raspberry Sachets work by replacing the water and salts lost by your body when you have diarrhoea. It helps to return the watery stools to normal.
Directions
Pour the contents of the sachet into an empty glass. Add 200ml of cold water. You must ensure that you use exactly 200ml of water to prevent the drink from becoming too weak or too strong. This can upset the balance of salts in your body or reduce the effectiveness of the drink. Make sure you stir the powder until it has fully dissolved.
You can use 1 sachet after each loose stool. No more than 5 sachets should be taken per day. You can repeat this for 3-4 days.
Warnings
If you experience an allergic reaction after drinking this product, discontinue use and speak to your GP or Chemist4U pharmacist for advice.
Do not drink this product if your bowel is partially or fully blocked.
Do not drink this product if you have severe kidney or liver disease.
Do not take this product if your doctor has told you that you have phenylketonuria (PKU).
You should take special care if you have an electrolyte imbalance.
You should also take special care if you are on a low potassium or low sodium diet.
Age restrictions
This product is not suitable for children aged 1 and above.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Dioralyte Relief Raspberry Sachets can be used during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, you must ask your doctor or Chemist4U pharmacist for advice before taking any new products.
Storage information
Store in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging.
