Buy BioSURE Essential Vitamin Test Kit

The Biosure Essential Vitamin Test Kit is an at home vitamin deficiency test that checks for vitamin D, vitamin B12, and folate (vitamin B9). The three vitamins that the home vitamin deficiency test checks for are all essential to your health and well-being.

How to use

When you receive the test kit, all you need to do is take a simple finger prick sample, using the lancets that are provided in the box. Once you have done this, you can then register it online and post your kit to the laboratory using the envelope enclosed.

Your results are reviewed by the in-house GPs who will highlight any cause for concern that may need further investigation by your doctor. You will receive your full report via email, showing your results and how they compare with the normal reference ranges. You should expect to get your results the day after the lab receives your sample.

Who should use this kit?

If you follow a plant-based diet, it might be a good idea to take an essential vitamin test. Vitamin B12 will be incredibly important for you as it can be difficult to get the correct amount through your diet.

If you do not eat enough foods that are rich in folate, like leafy green vegetables, nuts, and beans, then being aware if you have a folate deficiency is important. Folate levels are particularly important in pregnant women, too

What happens if I am deficient?

Vitamin deficiencies can lead to a wide range of problems such as low energy, fatigue, low mood, and irritability. Deficiencies can make a huge difference to your body and the way you feel. Luckily, you can easily rectify deficiencies with supplements or a change of diet.
