What is Beurer HD 75 Cosy Nordic Heated Overblanket?

Soft, snuggly, perfectly cosy and fuzz-free – the Beurer HD 75 Cosy Nordic Heated Overblanket impresses with its wonderfully soft surface, making cold days and nights a thing of the past. This overblanket features 6 temperature settings, a Beurer safety system (BSS), automatic switch-off after 3 hours, electronic temperature regulation and an illuminated function display. Get a stain on your blanket? Not to worry, as it’s machine-washable at 30°C!

How to use this product

Always use this heated overblanket exactly as described in the patient information leaflet. First, connect the control to the heated overblanket by inserting the plug-in coupling. Then plug the mains into the socket. To switch the heated overblanket on, set the sliding switch for ON/OFF and temperature settings to setting 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6. When it is switched on, the indicator lamp (4) lights up.

If the heated overblanket is being used over several hours, we recommend that you set the lowest temperature setting on the control to avoid the body overheating and thereby any potential burns to the skin or heat stroke. It switches off automatically after 3 hours. Once the heated overblanket has switched off, it is no longer heated and the indicator lamp flashes. To switch on the heated overblanket again, first set the sliding switch for ON/OFF and temperature settings to the OFF ( 0 ) position for 5 seconds. After about 5 seconds it is possible to switch it on again.

To switch off the heated overblanket, slide the sliding switch for ON/OFF and temperature settings to the OFF ( 0 ) position. If the heated overblanket is not being used for several days, slide the sliding switch for ON/OFF and temperature settings to the OFF ( 0 ) position and remove the mains plug from the socket. Then disconnect the control from the heated overblanket by unplugging the plug-in coupling.
