What is Active Iron & B Complex Plus?
Active Iron & B Complex Plus contains one daily capsule and daily tablet specially formulated to help men maintain a healthy lifestyle. This supplement contains iron and vitamin B complex for the normal function of the metabolism, immune system and mental performance. Other nutrients in this supplement include vitamins A, C, D, E and K, zinc, copper, manganese and selenium.
What is the recommended dosage?
Men over 12 years should take one Active Iron for Men capsule per day alongside one Active B Complex Plus for Men tablet per day. This supplement is suitable to be taken on an empty stomach. Taking a food supplement can be beneficial for your health if you don’t get enough essential vitamins and minerals through your diet alone. This product is not, however, a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
What are the benefits of iron for men?
Men need iron in their diet or through a supplement to support healthy immune function, reduce tiredness and fatigue, support normal energy metabolism and maintain cognitive function. Having sufficient levels of iron can improve mental and physical performance.
When should this product not be used?
Active Iron For Men will be suitable for most men over the age of 12, but you should check with your doctor or Chemist4U pharmacist if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or take any other medications or herbal remedies, including those obtained without a prescription.
Are there any side effects?
It is unlikely that you will experience any significant side effects from taking this supplement. If you experience any symptoms of an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, skin rash) seek medical attention immediately. If you experience any side effects, including those that are not listed in the patient information leaflet, you can report them using the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme.
