What is Nutri Within Omega 3 Fish Oil?
Nutri Within Omega 3 Fish Oil is a supplement that provides 150mg of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and 100mg of DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid), essential fatty acids that are associated with a lower risk of cardiovascular events like heart attacks or blood clots.
What is the recommended dosage?
The recommended dosage is one softgel per day, swallowed whole with water and preferably with a meal. Taking a food supplement can be beneficial for your health if you don’t get enough essential vitamins and minerals through your diet alone. This product is not, however, a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
What are the benefits of omega-3?
Omega-3 supplements contain fatty acids which could help to reduce the risk of blood clots and cardiovascular disease and they may even ease joint pain. It’s also suggested that omega-3 can increase the amount of good cholesterol in your blood, which in turn can decrease the amount of bad cholesterol.
When should this product not be used?
Nutri Within Omega 3 Fish Oil will be suitable for most people, but you should check with your doctor or Chemist4U pharmacist if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have any pre-existing medical conditions or take any other medications or herbal remedies, including those obtained without a prescription.
Are there any side effects?
