Valupak Vitamin D3 1000IU (25mcg) Tablets are a supplement that provides your body with additional vitamin D. 

The tablets are an ideal way to ensure you’re getting enough vitamin D in your diet, supporting your overall health and well-being.

Valupak Vitamin D3 1000IU also helps to increase the amount of calcium in the body, helping to maintain healthy bones.

 

Directions

Take 1 tablet a day with a glass of water.

 

Vitamins and minerals

Vitamin D (25mcg per tablet)

Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium in the body, the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, and the immune system's normal function.

This product is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Been using 4000iu a day for years on doctor's recommendation as my vitamin d levels are too low. They do the trick and aren't expensive.
