How to take Numark Vitamin D and Calcium Tablets
Take 1 Numark Vitamin D and Calcium Tablets a day, chewing until you can swallow the tablet. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose.

When should Numark Vitamin D and Calcium Tablets not be used?
Numark Vitamin D and Calcium Tablets are not suitable for children under the age of 12. Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. These tablets contain aspartame, a source of phenylalanine, which means that they should not be taken by those with phenylketonuria. Numark Vitamin D and Calcium Tablets are food supplements and should not be taken in place of a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle.
