These were required as the doctor prescribed Adcal D3 for my osteoporosis but they were the chewable ones which were Soya wrapped and caused my migraines to come back as I am allergic. So I then had the Adcal D3 caplets which did not contain soya prescribed, and I had run out and it was quicker to get them from this company. These have so far not caused me any problems such as migraines.
