What is Seven Seas JointCare Supplex and Turmeric?

Seven Seas JointCare Supplex and Turmeric are a duo of supplements that have been specifically formulated to top up your natural levels of vitamins and minerals to keep you and your joints healthy. The Turmeric tablets have been combined with vitamin capsules that include important ingredients like Vitamin C, D and manganese, which provide a wealth of benefits to aid your joints and to help maintain an active lifestyle.

Why is it important to look after our joints?

As we age, joint movement can become stiffer and less flexible because the amount of lubricating fluid inside our joints decreases and cartilage becomes thinner. Ligaments also tend to shorten and lose some flexibility, which makes our joints feel stiff.

We tend not to think about our joints until we start suffering from complaints or pain, but it can be beneficial to look after our joints sooner rather than later. Here are some tips on how you can look after your hips as you age:

  • Exercise – Helps to strengthen the muscles around the joint
  • Good Diet – Include plenty of vitamins, particularly Vitamin D into your diet
  • Practise good posture – Helps to prevent joint issues
  • Maintain a healthy weight – Being overweight places more stress on your joints
  • Try supplements – Particularly supplements that contain Vitamin C and D

How can Seven Seas JointCare support your joints

Here are 5 key benefits of using Seven Seas JointCare Supplex and Turmeric to support your joints:

Keeping active

Turmeric has been used in Indian Cooking for hundreds of years due to its properties for supporting the body’s natural processes which help people to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

Energy release

Manganese (which is included in this Seven Seas formula) helps to contribute to normal energy release. It also helps to protect cells against oxidative stress and has a role in the process of cell division.

Healthy bones

Vitamin D contributes to normal bones and normal calcium levels, whilst Vitamin C helps support normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones.

Muscle function

It can be difficult to get sufficient amounts of vitamin D, especially in the winter months as it is a nutrient we predominantly obtain through sunshine. Taking supplements that contain Vitamin D, help to top up our natural levels and can help muscle function.

Body fatigue

As our bodies age, small aches and pains can become more prevalent. The manganese in Seven Seas helps with the normal formation of connective tissue and Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
