What are Numark Vitamin D Tablets?
Numark Vitamin D Tablets are a daily vitamin which helps to support healthy teeth and bones. They contain more than your recommended dietary allowance for the day, so you can be sure that you’re getting enough Vitamin D, no matter what. These tablets are vegetarian friendly.
How can this product support my teeth and bones?
Vitamin D is an essential nutrient which helps your body to regulate the amounts of calcium and phosphate that it stores. It helps to keep your teeth, bones, and muscles healthy, and your body can create it from the sunlight that hits your skin. In the winter months, some people can benefit from a Vitamin D supplement as they don’t see as much sunlight as they would during Summer, making it more difficult for them to get enough Vitamin D every day.
How much Vitamin D is in this product?
Numark Vitamin D Tablets contain 25mcg of Vitamin D in each tablet. The NHS recommends that adults need 10mcg of Vitamin D a day, meaning that this daily tablet will give you all of the Vitamin D you need.
How to take Numark Vitamin D Tablets
Take one Numark Vitamin D Tablet every day. For best results, take with food. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose, as taking more than 100mcg of Vitamin D a day can be harmful.
