Buy Ferrous Fumarate 210mg Tablets
Ferrous Fumarate 210mg Tablets provide your body with iron, an essential mineral that helps make healthy red blood cells. Iron is naturally found in foods like red meat, spinach and beans, and your body needs it to produce red blood cells that carry oxygen around your body.
When you don't have enough iron, you develop what's called iron deficiency anaemia. This means you have fewer red blood cells than normal, which can leave you feeling tired, weak, or breathless.
These tablets help prevent or treat iron deficiency anaemia, giving your body the iron it needs to get back on track. If you're pregnant, you'll typically need both iron and folic acid together, as your body requires extra support during this time.
Directions
The usual dose to treat Iron deficiency anaemia is one tablet two to three times a day. The dose for the prevention of anaemia is one tablet once or twice a day.
Swallow the tablets with a glass of water. You can also chew or crush the tablets. Taking Ferrous Fumarate Tablets with meals may help to relieve any stomach-related side effects. However, it's not recommended to take with tea, eggs or milk as this may reduce the effectiveness of the tablets.
Your healthcare provider will advise you on how long you should take the tablets. You can stop taking the tablets three months after the anaemia has been corrected. You should not take the tablets for more than six months.
