What is Neutrogena Therapeutic Shampoo?
Neutrogena T/Gel Therapeutic Shampoo is a fragranced medicated shampoo which should be used two or three times a week, for the treatment of itchy, flaky, scalp disorders such as dandruff, psoriasis and seborrhoeic dermatitis. Regular use helps control these problems, while leaving your hair shiny and manageable.
How to use Neutrogena Therapeutic Shampoo?
Use Neutrogena two or three times a week, only to treat the scalp conditions that it is intended for. Use as a shampoo if necessary, until your scalp condition gets better.
1) Wet the hair thoroughly
2) Apply a small amount of shampoo to the scalp
3) With the tips of the fingers, massage in thoroughly
4) Leave on for a few minutes
5) Remove as much lather as possible with the hands
6) Rinse out
7) Repeat the steps above
8) Rinse out well under running water, then dry the hair as normal
When to use Neutrogena Therapeutic Shampoo?
Use this product if you have any of the conditions listed above, you may have dandruff or an itchy scalp. Only use this shampoo if you are having scalp problems, it may damage your hair if you continuously use this product even once your follicle impurities have healed.
When should Neutrogena Therapeutic Shampoo not be used?
Do not use this product if you have had a bad reaction to coal tar or any ingredients in this product. If you have inflamed or broken skin. A rare and severe form of psoriasis causing redness, inflammation and blistering of the skin. If you have any of these listed above talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
Can I use this product if I am pregnant or breast-feeding?
Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless recommended by your doctor.
Warnings:
Avoid contact with eyes.
Coal tar may cause your skin to react to sunlight after use, so you should avoid direct sunlight immediately after use.
In rare cases, there may be temporary discolouration of blond, bleached or tinted hair.
If you get any side-effects, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse. This includes any possible side-effects not listed in this leaflet. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
