What is MacuSAVE?

MacuSAVE capsules are a once a day food supplement that helps to support the health of your macula, an important part of your eye. Ideal for those who want to support their normal vision, MacuSAVE is available in packs of 30 and 90 capsules.

What is your macula?

Your macula is the central area of your retina and is the part that lets us have 20/20 vision. You won’t be able to see it when you look at your eye yourself, but it’s a small, yellow spot and it helps to block blue light that can harm the sensitive cells in your retina. It’s responsible for the clarity of your central vision, which can be impaired if your macula is damaged or degenerates.

How will this product help to support my macular health?

MacuSAVE capsules contain 10mg of Lutein, which is thought to form part of the macular pigment that helps to protect your eye from harmful blue light, which is given off by electronics such as computer and phone screens. It also contains Zeaxanthin, another yellow pigment which is thought to help your macula to filter out this visible blue light.
