What is GOPO Joint Health?
The GOPO Joint Health Range is made from 100% specially cultivated natural rose-hip and is the only product of its kind to contain a high level of GOPO - a key component of the rose-hip which may play a valuable role in the care of joints and joint tissues. GOPO Joint Health products are rich in vitamin C and free from yeast, gluten, wheat, dairy and lactose.
How to take this product
For the first 3-5 weeks, take 3 capsules twice a day. As a maintenance dosage, take 2 capsules twice a day. You can swallow the capsule whole with water or split the capsule and sprinkle over your food. Food supplements must not replace a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
What is GOPO?
GOPO is a galactolipid compound derived from the seeds and husks of fruit from a rose-hip sub-species called Rosa Canina. It is manufactured using a unique drying process which ensures high content levels of all the heat and light-sensitive active ingredients. Research has found that GOPO may be beneficial for maintaining healthy joints and joint tissues.

Are there any side effects?
GOPO Joint Health is unlikely to cause significant side effects. Seek emergency medical attention if you notice any signs of a severe allergic reaction, symptoms of which include swelling of the face and throat, skin rash, breathing difficulties and/or loss of consciousness.
Storage information
Store in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging. Do not throw away any medicines via wastewater or household waste.

I take vitamin b12 in tablet form. Can I still take these Gopo Rose-Hip Joint Health Vitamin C?
Vitamins aren’t all equal. B complex vitamins provide certain essential nutrients, while vitamin C provides others. Vitamins are found in food and supplements and perform functions necessary to a variety of systems in the body — and they're vital to maintaining good health.
You can take these two together. The B complex vitamins and vitamin C are water-soluble, which means they're not stored but leave the body through urination and need to be replenished every day.
Do GOPO Rose-Hip Joint Health Vitamin C tablets affect contraception?
When medication works right, it boosts your health or helps you feel better. But a drug can bring on problems if it doesn't mix well with something else you put into your body, like another medication, a certain food, or alcohol. When that happens, it's called a drug interaction. It could make your medication stop working, become less effective, or too strong. It could also trigger side effects.
