How to use this product
Always take DR.VEGAN PMS Hero® Premenstrual Support exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you. Take two capsules each day to help regulate hormones throughout your cycle. Take your two capsules together or separately.
You can take DR.VEGAN PMS Hero® Premenstrual Support a few days before the onset of PMS symptoms, however if this doesn't address your symptoms, it’s recommended that you take DR.VEGAN PMS Hero® Premenstrual Support each day to support your energy and mood and ensuring you enjoy the full benefits and relief from symptoms before and during your period.
If you find that you only need to take one capsule a day, that's fine. You may begin to enjoy relief from your symptoms within a week or two, depending on when you begin taking DR.VEGAN PMS Hero® Premenstrual Support. The majority of users feel the full benefits during their second cycle after starting to take it each day.
How do the ingredients support you during your period?
DR.VEGAN PMS Hero® Premenstrual Support has been formulated by hormone health and nutrition experts to provide a unique blend of botanicals, minerals and vitamins to ease the most common symptoms of your period and monthly cycle including cramps, mood swings, irritability, low mood, bloating and craving.
Shatavari can help your body cope with physical and emotional stress, and it’s believed to help support the female reproductive system, too. Dong quai is often referred to as the "female ginseng" and is commonly used to help symptoms of PMS.
Chaste tree is traditionally used to reduce and relieve symptoms of premenstrual tension and irregular periods, whereas dandelion root is acclaimed to help maintain normal urinary flow and a healthy urinary tract function.
Ashwagandha KSM-66 is acclaimed for supporting your mental wellbeing, helping reduce the symptoms of stress and bringing a sense of calm, promoting relaxation in your body. Chromium contributes to your normal macronutrient metabolism and maintenance of normal blood glucose levels, and folate supports normal blood formation, psychological function and homocysteine metabolism.
Vitamin B3 contributes to your normal psychological function, energy-yielding metabolism and the functioning of your nervous system and reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B5 contributes to your normal energy-yielding metabolism and to your mental performance. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of your nervous system, homocysteine metabolism, protein and glycogen metabolism, psychological function and red blood cell formation.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, supporting your electrolyte balance, normal energy metabolism and psychological function.
When should this product not be used?
DR.VEGAN PMS Hero® Premenstrual Support may be unsuitable for certain people. Do not take these capsules if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or if you have a history of blood clotting or clotting risk, or if you're using blood thinner medication or anticoagulants. Consult with your GP or healthcare provider if you're taking any prescribed medication before taking these capsules.
Are there any side effects?
Like all supplements, DR.VEGAN PMS Hero® Premenstrual Support may cause side effects in some people, but these won’t affect everybody. Seek emergency medical attention if you notice any signs of a severe allergic reaction, symptoms of which include swelling of the face and throat, skin rash, breathing difficulties and/or loss of consciousness.
Storage information
