Buy Tamiflu

Tamiflu is an antiviral treatment for influenza (flu), containing the active ingredient oseltamivir, suitable for use when you have flu symptoms and the flu virus is known to be spreading in your community. Tamiflu can sometimes be prescribed to prevent flu in certain circumstances, for example, if you have been in contact with someone who has flu.

How Tamiflu treats flu

The active ingredient in Tamiflu is oseltamivir, a type of medicine classed as a neuraminidase inhibitor. It works by attacking the flu virus, stopping it from multiplying and spreading through your body. This means flu symptoms such as runny nose, cough, headache and fever can be prevented or reduced.

Directions

You should try to take Tamiflu as soon as possible, ideally within two days of flu symptoms starting. To treat flu, you should usually take two doses daily, one in the morning and one in the evening. You must complete a full 5-day course, even if you start to feel better quickly. If you have a weak immune system, you may need a 10 day course. To prevent flu after being exposed to an infected person, take one dose daily for 10 days - for best results, take this in the morning with breakfast.

The recommended dose will be based on your bodyweight - your doctor or Chemist4U pharmacist will advise you further. For guidance on dosage, refer to the patient information leaflet.
