It doesn't matter whether you're taking XLS sachets or tablets, you'll take the same amount three times a day.
Take 2 tablets or 1 sachet, once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once at night.
Make sure you drink around 2 litres of liquid every day while you're taking them, and feel free to take the tablets with a sip of water or another cool drink.
We recommend that you take these products for around a month, depending on your weight loss targets.
To maintain healthy weight loss, we recommend that you should try not to lose more than 2 lbs a week.
Like all medications, XLS-Medical Fat Binders can have side effects, although not everyone will experience them.
However, this product is usually very well tolerated by the body, as it’s certified as a Class IIb Medical Device.
This means that these products have undergone rigorous safety testing, reaching international standards which can make side effects less likely.
If you do experience any side effects while using this product, stop use and speak to your doctor or pharmacist immediately.
