Directions

Take 1 capsule per day.

Vitamins and minerals

Crocus Sativus (Saffron) 30 mg

Crocus Sativus is a botanical known to contribute to a normal, healthy emotional balance and mood, helping to maintain a positive outlook. 

Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) 6 mg

Pantothenic Acid helps to contribute to normal mental performance. 

Vitamin B12 2.5 ug

Vitamin B12 contributes to normal psychological function. 

The capsules also include:

• Equivalent to saffron flower stigmas 150 mg 
• L-Theanine 6mg
