How to take this product

To use for bloating and flatulence, take 1-2 capsules with a glass of water or opened and mixed into water or yoghurt. For more troublesome conditions, like diarrhoea and IBS, take 1-4 capsules as a starting dose. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Vivomixx is a food supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
